Pickup Timeframe

Customers must pick up their repaired or serviced devices within 30 days from the date of notification.

Unclaimed Devices

• If a device is not picked up within 30 days, Mobipcwireless will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or disposal of the device.

• After this period, the device may be discarded, recycled, or resold to recover service costs.

Notification Process

We will send a reminder via call, SMS, or email once your device is ready for pickup. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
